I have a small practice in the northern suburbs of Chicago where I use exercise and therapeutic techniques to keep people strong and living life on their own terms.
Exercise is Medicine and I use it as such.
Additionally, I am a Geriatric Care Manager. I help older adults navigate our complicated medical system while advocating and assuring good care and facilitating empowering choices. I offer my clients an in-home personal training service specializing in geriatric exercise programming, exercises for lower back pain, oncology rehabilitation, fall prevention programs, balance and vestibular training and general strengthening and conditioning.
Elline has been working with my mother for over 10 years,
when she had her first stroke.
She comes to our home twice a week and,
through her keen understanding of where my mom is at each visit,
they work together to keep my mom moving.
Some days the progress is slower than others,
but we know that, because of these sessions,
we can rest assure that my mom will continue to be mobile.
Elline has become one of the family –
a real blessing for us.

I have twenty plus years of clinical experience implementing therapeutic treatments. My specialty in acute care includes orthopedic joint replacement and repair, balance training and vestibular rehabilitation, muscular skeletal pain treatment, stroke rehabilitation, lower back pain, oncology and prescribing customized exercise programs for geriatric, cardiac and neurological injured patients.
Over the years, I have developed long-term and close relationships with my clients. I strongly believe that a patient’s health is dependent on many factors, including medical care, nutrition, physical activity, emotional support and a desire to remain healthy.
