
Kirsten is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience providing clients with medical nutrition therapy. She has practiced in a variety of settings and served each stage of the life cycle.
In the past, she held a board certification in renal nutrition and focused on kidney disease. She has been the State Chair for the Council on Renal Nutrition through the National Kidney Foundation for the last 12 years and is still active in that community.
More recently, Kirsten obtained her Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine with a focus on chronic disease prevention, maintenance, and reversal. She now works at Diet vs. Disease which is a virtual practice in the US and Canada serving clients who suffer from various GI issues.
Her favorite aspect of working with clients is to have the privilege of accompanying someone along their healing journey. Our health needs are ever changing. Building up our resilience is key to facing life’s challenges, including those of the body.
