I love teaching yoga and pilates (reformer) and believe they compliment each other. I have experience working with persons with cancer, anxiety, depression, and rehab.
I have been teaching breathing techniques to lower levels of stress, and supported yoga for control and increased feelings of relaxation and well-being, as well as guided imagery practice to reduce psychological distress at the Waterford Resource Center for Cancer. I also teach yoga, including chair yoga, while focusing on breath and meditation and visualization at Dell Webb.
