I am a licensed mental health counselor, a licensed creative arts therapist, a registered dance and movement therapist, an ordained interfaith minister, a Reiki practitioner, and an experienced registered yoga teacher. I support clients in fully embodying and expressing in order to welcome and integrate their whole selves, especially building self-compassion for the parts that have been the most difficult to embrace.
I am currently a PhD student researching the role that a creative and embodied human spirituality plays in human health.
I work virtually and in person.
