My work has been helping women whose lives have been touched by cancer to walk that journey with support and optimism. While I am an expert navigator, I have years of experience helping patients make that journey a little more manageable, hopeful, and remind them that this is just one chapter of their lives. There is still time to dream, fill bucket lists and plan for whatever is ahead. They are always more than just their diagnosis, and reducing that overwhelm is such a gift. I work with clients individually, in small groups, and yearly in a retreat setting … which has been amazing.
I have graduate degrees in psychology, nursing and health coaching but, most of all, I am a mom, a daughter and a compassionate friend.
