I have been in practice since 2015. I have experience providing Oncology Massage in both outpatient and inpatient settings at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta and Fayetteville.
I am also a Preferred Practitioner with the Society for Oncology Massage. The oncology massage therapy I offer may include modalities such as Swedish massage, Cranio-sacral therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Neuromuscular therapy, and more, using clinical adaptations to keep each individual safe and comfortable. The techniques, pressure levels, and positioning will vary for each person based on his or her needs and circumstances, but the goal is always the same … to provide comfort and relief from the physical and emotional side effects of cancer and its treatment.
In addition to my oncology work, I offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for patients with post-surgical swelling, autoimmune conditions, lymphedema, and more.
I offer a sliding scale for clients experiencing treatment for a medical condition, because it is important to me that bodywork be accessible to people with health concerns.
