In Millie’s role as a Health and Wellness Coach, she specializes in integrative health coaching for women at high risk for developing breast cancer. She supports women to reduce chronic stress, restore exercise, and maintain an optimum weight through healthier eating habits.
Millie has created a 6-week program called “Beyond the Mammogram” which uses a whole person approach to breast cancer prevention. The program’s focus is to help women position themselves to take control of their best health possible in mind, body, and spirit.
