I offer individual mindfulness meditation instruction for stress relief and pain management. For resolving medical and/or family trauma, we can also use a combination of conventional talk therapies and several experiential therapies including Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting, which is a particularly targeted mindfulness practice that allows you to access your natural capacity to heal and create. Both of these ways of working are gentle and powerful.
