Mary Sidhwani RN, PsyD, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Founder of the Women’s Therapeutic Center, Professional Speaker

I am a hypnotherapist in private practice and founded the Women’s Therapeutic Center in 2000. I have had the privilege of helping women and adolescents overcome longstanding issues and becoming able to move forward in their lives in positive and powerful ways. I am also an RN with certifications in Clinical Hypnosis and Cancer Support.

My commitment and honor is to help others through the trials of chronic illness and any emotional challenges with compassionate understanding.

I am also a professional speaker who has presented at NASA and other institutions as well as being a contributing author to the; “The Heart to Heart Series: The Path to Wellness” and authored the CD series; “Recognize the Truth Within.”

My practice consists of women and teens who seek hypnotherapy to overcome various emotional issues, habits, phobias, traumas and fears. I specialize in hypnotherapy for cancer support and for support of chronic illness. I also offer self-hypnosis classes and presentations on cancer support and healing, self esteem, anxiety/panic, spirituality and a variety of topics.

As a practical, interactive solution-focused hypnotherapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals. I am  a published contributing author in the best selling Heart to Heart Series: The Path to Wellness alongside industry thought leaders, Dr. John De Martini and Bob Doyle.

As part of my practice, presentations are offered on the subject of hypnotherapy as well as providing education/information via podcasts which will be coming in the near future. I now offer healing CDs/mp3s as an addition to my practice through my website: www.womenstherapeutic.com. Two new series have been added: “Recognize the Truth Within: A Healing Journey for Women” and the “Fear Not ” Series for phobias. Please feel free to download the bonus tack: “Break Free From Stress” on the home page of my website. This bonus track is a short hypnotic process that will enable you to achieve a state of peacefulness and well being. This track includes a very effective technique which can be used at any time to relieve tension and stress.

I have had the privilege of helping many clients overcome longstanding issues and dysfunctional habit patterns. Hypnosis is a powerful and effective tool to empower individuals to transform their lives in positive and meaningful ways.
