Megan Sewards MS, RD is a professional Registered Dietitian, passionate about utilizing whole foods as a means for disease prevention. She promotes clean eating, avoidance of processed ingredients and emphasizes the holistic benefits of food. Throughout the years as a Registered Dietitian, Megan has worked in many areas of nutrition yet her goal has remained consistent; to provide all her clients with the most healthful, safe and accurate nutrition guidance. Megan has been in the field of nutrition research as well as clinical practice for over 10 years. She obtained her undergraduate degree in nutrition science at San Diego State University and also acquired her Master’s Degree in this pertinent field. Her work history includes an assistant graduate professor in nutrition and dietetics, private practice dietitian as well as a clinical dietitian within acute care facilities. She has held her CSO (Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition Certificate) for the past 5 years and is currently well-versed in current nutrition research and recommendations for those with the active diagnosis of cancer, those in remission and or those currently undergoing cancer treatments.
Megan holds over 13 years experience in the oncology/hematology field. She prides herself on being up-to-date with current research for those undergoing treatment or in remission. Her goal is to offer strategic tools and techniques to help clients achieve a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
