Linda is a Pink Ribbon Program Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist (BCES)

Every woman diagnosed with breast cancer should have the ability to regain a sense of well-being. The Pink Ribbon Program was developed to enhance their recovery through exercise therapy designed specifically or their needs and challenges. The exercises in this program are designed to help stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, and back, allowing the patient to improve range of motion and strength to those areas most affected by breast cancer surgery and reconstruction.

Benefits of the Pink Ribbon Program exercises include:

  • Improved strength and mobility in the affected arm and shoulder
  • Enhanced energy levels
  • Decreased stress and anxiety
  • Reduced pain and swelling
  • Better body alignment and posture
  • Promotion of lymphatic drainage and prevention of lymphedema
  • Improved functional ability and quality of life

All sessions are one-on-one, 30 minutes in duration, and tailored to meet individual needs. Whether your surgery was weeks, months, or years ago, the Pink Ribbon Program can help you meet your goals.
