Joan Flower, Esthetician Licensed in Oncology Skincare, Owner of SimplySkin, LLC

The power of touch is an important part pf the healing process. This is especially true when going through cancer treatment. Cancer patients who undergo chemotherapy and/or radiation often suffer visible and painful side effects on their skin. A relaxing environment, along with calming skin care products and a healing touch can help to relieve these painful side effects.

I brought Oncology Esthetics to Columbus, Ohio nearly seven years ago. My treatment room is all about calm and comfort and surrounding my clients with a feeling of deep relaxation and nourishment. The greatest compliment someone can give me is to fall asleep during one of my Healing Touch facials.

As a breast cancer survivor myself, I understand the relaxation and touch needed when you are going through cancer treatment. I love the work I do with cancer patients and it shows in the faces of my clients after a skin treatment.
