Pete received his Texas State massage therapy license in 2006 from the Texas Healing Arts Institute located in Austin, Texas.
He has received extensive training through the Upledger, Barral, Chikly and D’Ambrosio Institutes in the fields of craniosacral therapy (advanced level), visceral and neural and osteopathic movement therapies. He also has skills in lymphatic drainage. Pete has worked as a licensed master social worker and as a pastor. He currently provides trauma relief therapy in areas of disability, rehabilitation and mental health throughout the Austin area.
Pete joined Oncology Massage Alliance in 2014 after completing the “Oncology Massage Therapy: Caring for Clients with Cancer” workshop. He currently provides massage therapy with patients in Austin area infusion rooms and has served as a volunteer massage therapist with Hospice Austin since 2007. He maintains membership in the Society for Oncology Massage (S4OM) and American Bodywork and Massage Therapy (ABMP).
Pete maintains his massage therapy practice in northwest Austin and serves clients throughout the central Texas area.
Pete is married and has three adult children and five grandchildren. He enjoys travel, hiking, reading, cooking and photography.
