Kathy has been in private practice as a Clinical Hypnotherapist for over 17 years.

Integrative Hypnotherapy provides an alternative holistic approach to therapy and conventional treatment for individuals seeking to overcome the circumstances and limitations we all encounter in life’s many challenges.

Kathy is a holistic professional and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with a background in conventional medicine. She is a graduate of the Psychiatric Nursing Program affiliated with Grossmont College, La Mesa, California. She also graduated from the International School of Professional Bodywork and is a Certified Massage Therapist. Kathy graduated from the Center of Neurosomatic Sciences as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and is an active member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (A.C.H.E.)

The study of mental health issues, addiction and the mind/body connection has always been linked for her with the keen interest in the many depths of human nature. Kathy’s 25 years of working in the field of psychiatric nursing and in the field of addictions has allowed Kathy to integrate a wide range of cutting edge principles into her session with her clients. Through her private practice, Kathy has creatively been able to assist her clients discover their magnificent mind powers leading to rapid positive changes in every area where change is desired.
