Wellness House of Illinois, Center for Integrative Therapy

Psychosocial care can heal your whole self
Cancer reaches every aspect of your life. Beyond the medical, it touches on social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological health for those diagnosed, caregivers, and loved ones. It’s thought more than 50% of people with cancer are affected by psychosocial distress, which affects these areas of well-being.

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) recognizes that psychosocial care can help people living with cancer by controlling symptoms and reducing pain and treatment side effects, while improving quality of life.

We offer access to a variety of therapies, treatments, and techniques that can help you heal. No matter who you are, we will work toward wellness — your way. What you need may change, and your voice is important. All our programs and services are evidence-based, facilitated by expert staff.
