Jessica Glynn LMSW, CPC, CEC, Psychotherapist, Professional Coach

I work with individuals and their loved ones suffering from debilitating anxiety that arises from the trauma of receiving a life-altering medical diagnosis. I have seen clients with extreme feelings of being out of control after their body has seemingly betrayed them and having to largely rely on other for answers, support and help.

I work with clients whose hyper-vigilance and worry about their or their loved one’s health has resulted in major anxiety and an inability to live in the present.

I provide a safe space for clients to express and process fear and provide understanding and validation. We work together to let go and move that fear to the back of our minds to be present with life’s joys and pleasures. Understandably so, the fear may never fully leave us, but the hours and days when we can be present and focused on ‘now’ are the hours and days that we are truly living our best lives.
