I support people experiencing a cancer diagnosis, caretakers, and partners. I believe we all thrive on healthy connections with other people. Sometimes we need help repairing and facilitating our relationships. Sometimes we want to clarify what is working and not working in our lives. Maybe you need a space to decompress and vent or process conflicting feelings and emotions. I utilize aspects of cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and creative endeavors (art, storytelling, music, and literature) to assist you.
I’ve spent my life learning, traveling, persevering, and helping others. I had the privilege of growing up and “Air Force Brat” which allowed me the opportunity to live and travel in the United States and abroad. As an Educator and School Counselor, I continued to explore new places, cultures, and people, living and working in both Germany and the USA. I am a caregiver as well as a support system for a loved one with cancer. This varied experience helps me bring my clients an open, accepting, judgement-free environment to explore their lives.
