While in the apprenticeship phase of my certification training as a Healing Touch Practitioner, I volunteered at a cancer center. I thought that it would benefit the clients with physical symptoms. Though it did, I discovered that the work benefited the mental and emotional state of the clients as well. The safe non-invasive techniques compliment the medical treatments that they had received.
It has been an honor and a privilege to share my gifts and to provide a healing space for clients during this trying time.
