Wellness, Resilience and Survivorship Programs
We understand that life may be different after a diagnosis of cancer. The effect of the disease or its treatment may present unique challenges. The Cancer Survivorship and Rehabilitation Program is dedicated to helping cancer survivors live their lives to the fullest.
Our survivorship and rehabilitation service seeks to address the physical, psychological and information needs of cancer patients and their families as cancer treatment is completed. The transition to survivorship care is a positive step that embraces wellness, quality of life, education and health promotion.
Utilizing the talents of an interdisciplinary team, our goal is to improve the quality of life of our patients. This may include improving physical fitness, managing pain, reducing fatigue and strengthening resiliency.
