Lindsey Menge MS, RD, LD, Nutrition Counseling

Lindsey Menge is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Foods at Texas State University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition as well as her Dietetic Internship at Texas State University. During her Master’s program, Lindsey worked, counseled, and completed research with members of Texas State’s employee wellness program and assisted in conducting cellular research within a nutrition and cancer laboratory.

Lindsey provides evidence-based nutrition counseling and workshops at Cancer Rehab and Integrative Medicine for those in treatment as well as survivors.

Lindsey is passionate about providing practical nutrition support that considers each person’s unique needs wherever they are in their journey. It is her goal to help clients better manage treatment side effects, find freedom and confidence in food decisions, and thrive in their overall health and well-being.
