I am a registered dietitian nutritionist with a clinical background in oncology. I have years of experience working in integrative cancer treatment. I help my patients in any stage and with any kind of cancer through guidance on diet. I do plant-based, keto and beyond, supplements, and a holistic approach that takes into account stress, sleep, and physical activity.
I am based in Seattle. However, I am licensed in many states and can talk to you wherever you are when it is convenient for you.
My company is called Champagne Nutrition®. I want my clients to focus on the joy that food can bring. I focus on what you can eat instead of being restrictive. With me, you will get your questions answered with evidence-based facts presented in a caring and open-minded way.
I have a Master’s degree in nutrition from Bastyr University. I have been board-certified as an oncology nutrition specialist since 2015. You can often find me interviewed as a health expert in the media and on television chatting about nutrition.
