I am a perpetual student of life, connection, and healing who is dedicated to helping others in my life of service. I can help you to find balance through ancient, time honored practices of Mindfulness, Movement and Music.
As an alternative modalities teacher and facilitator, I introduce people to a variety of healing modalities to decrease stress and promote wellness. I teach the non-judgemental awareness of Mindfulness to students of all ages. I share the gentle healing movement of Qoya in which we remember our essence of being wild, wise, and free.
As a Sound Healer, I employ different sounds to facilitate healing using various instruments, song, humming, and chanting.
As a drumming facilitator, I use drum circles to heal others, as others use drums to heal themselves in beautiful ways.
As a Reiki Master, I am a hands on healer, a conduit to enable God and/or Spirit to heal others and teach others this healing method.
As a Shamanic practitioner, I live a life of service to others as well as to our planet, facilitating healing modalities passed down from ancestors given to us from Spirit.
I am in the process of creating more Mindfulness exercises, sound meditation baths, and Reiki prayer circles for clients for my students and all people I service locally or at a distance. They can be found on my You Tube Channel and on Sound Cloud. I have a few available now. Although my practice sessions went well, the recorded sound bath meditation was a bit unpolished for a short time but the sounds were rich and it was full of loving intentions. This week’s will be an improvement as my tech skills and a new microphone help the cause.
I would also be happy to do a group Zoom for you or a drum circle or toning session if you find a need in the future. I am expanding and using virtual pathways to connect and help at this time.
