Jennifer Mann has extensive experience working with individuals and couples coping with a range of issues, including chronic illness, anxiety, relational issues, life transitions, body image, self-esteem and women’s issues. Jennifer uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness tailored to the client’s individual needs.
Jennifer earned her master’s degree from Columbia School of Social Work. Prior to private practice, she joined the Dubin Breast Center at Mount Sinai Hospital, where she specialized in the young women’s population. She launched the Young Women’s Network and earned an Oncology Social Work Certification.
Jennifer provides psychotherapy, supportive counseling, and crisis intervention to patients and families impacted by a breast cancer diagnosis. Additionally, through the Young Women’s Network, Jennifer provides individual and group support specifically for patients diagnosed with breast cancer at age 40 or younger.
Jennifer completed advanced clinical training and earned graduate certificates in Advanced Clinical Practice from NYU Silver School of Social Work and CBT from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
