The Helpsy solution is an app on your phone. You can learn more about the app through an app demo. The Helpsy app can improve quality care for cancer patients as well as for their healing practitioners. It can anticipate needs, provide educational resources, coordinate care, plan symptom management, and develop a dynamic personalized quality-of-life care plan that empowers and engages patients throughout the healing journey. By anticipating and addressing users’ needs on demand, Helpsy can predict issues before they escalate and require emergency clinical intervention. Helpsy can help users connect with providers and care teams to provide consults through telemedicine.
Helpsy is available in 75+ languages. We work closely with different stakeholders to ensure that the content is culturally appropriate. The mobile app was designed using a patient-centered approach and is very user-friendly. Additionally, Helpsy services are available through automated phone calls and SMS for less technologically-literate individuals, improving engagement across the spectrum of users.
