I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, a Health and Wellness Consultant, a National Board-Certified Integrative Health Coach, AND I am the owner of JP Health and Wellness, PLCC, which is an online and offline practice that focuses on restorative health, health maintenance, and prevention.
I have over 25 years of experience taking care of patients in a variety of settings. I enjoy taking care of people and making them feel better when they are at their worse time. I also enjoy helping them take control of their health.
My focus is on precision, restorative medicine, health maintenance, and prevention. I use lifestyle medicine to empower my clients to make lasting health behavior changes, which are the cornerstone of lifelong wellbeing.
I focus on the mind, body, and spirit. I use powerful questions to motivate my clients to make changes. I also use mind and body tools to facilitate the transition. I guide them to focus on the seven core areas of health, such as sleep, nutrition, environment, healing relationships spirituality, and movement.
I have been committed all my life and career to help individuals find the best way to reclaim their health.
I was trained at Marymount University and Georgetown University.
I live with my husband and daughter in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
