As a certified Qigong healer, I provide Qigong healings and lead qigong movement classes to restore or maintain your health and to achieve peak performance. The movements activate hundreds of energy points to keep your Qi energy (life force) flowing smoothly, nourishing every cell and organ in your body. I offer healing sessions for people suffering from pain or a wide range of other ailments of the body, mind, emotions, or spirit. Qigong works on the same principles as acupuncture — clearing blockages from the body’s meridian system to enable the body to heal itself.

Energy healing of all types works with the energy found in nature to help the body heal itself. It is a holistic practice. This includes qigong, reiki, acupuncture, and many other energy-related methodologies. I prefer to work with qigong, although I also do reiki healing. Qigong is faster and more efficient.
