Tamara was born in Southern California and raised in Orange County. After attending Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, Tamara earned her degree in Holistic Health Practitioning. She is recognized by the California Board of Registered Nurses.
Tamara has an innate ability to connect one-on-one. She is able to create a personal prescription, as she calls it, for what her client’s individual needs require. She has studied Western and Eastern philosophies and alternative medicine. Tamara specializes in critical care, special needs, and structural disorders … all of this in combination with her gut instincts which seem to be remarkable.
Tamara started a private practice in 1997. Her business has been recognized in Los Angeles Magazine, Orange Coast Magazine, Lido Living Magazine and others. She is the first choice by local resort concierges and top physicians. She is a 5-star vendor for the Irvine Company and has been for decades. She is the go-to person for multiple senior centers, a gifted educator, and speaker to homeschoolers, college students, and wellness advocate for seniors.
