Elizabeth Paucar Harris MBA, Patient Advocacy and Navigation, HOPE Patient Concierge Services

I am a New York native and have over twenty-five years of experience in various administrative and senior management roles within the financial industry.

Out of my strong passion for helping patients around the globe, H.O.P.E., Helping Our People Everywhere, Patient Concierge Services was born.

We are patient advocates and navigators. We work virtually in the entire U.S. We are based in Miami and New York.

We provide:

  • expedited appointments
  • coordination of medical records
  • communicate with home medical team
  • liaise with providers to access health insurance coverage details
  • provide access to most cost effective (if you don’t have insurance) services
  • discounted info/assistance with travel logistics, lodging, transportation
  • and, if needed, someone to accompany patient to appointments.

We provide patient advocacy and concierge services for persons having medical needs, both preventive and treatment. Patients include persons from abroad as well as those patients who come to Miami, New York and other parts of the U.S. for medical needs. We ‘hand-hold’ patients through that process.

Some patients need help from the moment they are diagnosed. Others have been on various treatments and come here looking for newer treatments. Most of them do not know where to begin so we guide them from a second opinion to quality treatments for the best cost. We ensure they are equipped with the info, knowledge, expert specialists for their particular needs, resources, etc. Knowledge is power when it comes to you needing guidance for your particular diagnosis. We ensure patients are connected to those options available to them. At times, it could mean life or death for patients. This applies to local patients as well. Local patients may have a hard time with their current medical team or various challenges they may be facing. Others may need a second or third opinion. Sometimes they just need an advocate to go with them to their appointments to get some questions answered. Medical needs vary and we are here to support those needs.

Our network providers services include MRIs, mammograms, ultrasounds, biopsy, CTs, Bone Scans, Pet Scans, Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, Urology Services and Procedures, including Trauma Surgery, General Surgery, and reconstructive and plastic surgery and support services and many other medical services. We have providers using the latest techniques and treatments for Interventional Radiology.

Our wellness providers include comprehensive physical exams, mental health support and wellness services.

We are not a foundation nor a non-profit but almost operate as one. Our goal is to connect people with quality service and treatments in their time of need.

Communication is very important. We take every inquiry, phone call or message very seriously and try our best to expeditiously connect with every one reaching out to us. Usually we will get back to you within an hour or less; at latest by end of day, within the 24 hours. ​
