I am a Registered Drama Therapist/Board Certified Trainer who blends drama therapy, talk therapy, and EMDR therapy.

I work with teens and adults, in-person in Reisterstown and online. I do therapy work only with residents in the state of Maryland but work with residents of other states through coaching.

I am passionate about helping people practice good self-care, including healthy coping skills, mindfulness, self-compassion, boundary setting, and healthy relationships.

I facilitate workshops, including self-care oriented ones and vision board workshops that help people actively work towards their goals. These workshops tend to be online. Attendees located anywhere are invited to participate in the online workshops.
