I have been a registered nurse for 23 years. I am passionate about holistic health and wellness.

For the past 2 years, I have worked at Mercy College in the School of Health and Natural Sciences as the Director of Clinical Simulation on the Bronx campus.

I am a firm believer that a healthy spirit and mind lead to a healthy body and I relay that sentiment to our nursing students.

I am a registered Polarity Practitioner, a Reiki Practitioner Level 3, and I am trained in teaching imagery and meditation in the clinical setting.

I received my Master’s in Science degree in nursing from the College or New Rochelle to be a holistically clinical nurse specialist. I am a certified advanced holistic nurse and certified health and wellness nurse coach through the American Holistic Nursing Credentialing Corporation.

While I worked in the clinical setting, I strived to bring natural healing modalities into my workplaces, such as aromatherapy, meditation, and energy work to be used alongside conventional medicine.

My practice revolves around the intention of the client. I feel that holding a safe space is important in the healing process. I ask each client to set an intention and then hold that intention … whether we are speaking, meditating, or doing energy work. I provide aromatherapy as requested depending on the needs of the client. I check in with my clients through each session.

My sessions are 1 hour and I work virtually or in-person.
