EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. Commonly referred to as ’Tapping,’ it is an elegantly simple and easily learned way to release emotional overwhelm, limiting beliefs and even pain. It is the modern, drug-free method of working with the Mind-Body connection everyone’s talking about. It can be used for self-help, peer-to-peer care, and in practiced hands, therapeutic care.

A unique combination of ancient Eastern and Western medicine, EFT brings together an efficient mix of mindfulness, brief exposure, neural re-consolidation, and simultaneously uses the somatic to down-regulate the nervous system by using body’s meridian energy (Qi) system. Its ease of use is legendary: I teach you to simply use your own fingertips to Tap upon just a few of the body’s acupressure points, while focused upon an issue you would like to change for the better.
Professionally applied EFT has been found to be so effective that we say Tapping can achieve in minutes what therapy has taken months to accomplish.
We sit together, co-creating healing, restoration and a more truthful, powerful vision of themselves. Together we discover richer meaning, purpose, and a better quality life experience overall. Sometimes it is for in-the-moment pain relief or reduction; often it is being able to sit with the discomfort of the present moment, at least long enough to discover useful insights, clarity, and resources and reclaim self-empowerment. I assist them in whatever way they deem most useful for their individual situation.
By first co-creating a safe place for discovery and clarity, I provide accessible support strategies using easy, evidence-based energy healing techniques. Supporting anyone’s healing journey creates a healing connection in times of stress and uncertainty. My personal approach is truly w-holistic, using compassionate truth and creativity for self-discovery, assisting you to remove obstacles and beliefs that no longer serve you, and co-creating self-nurturing, pro-active steps to reclaim their peace and place in the world.
I enthusiastically teach clients, students, and other practitioners these same useful, life-affirming tools for clarity, insight and release from traumatic events, troubling memories, physical body pain symptoms, and stubborn, limiting beliefs. Using modern, drug-free, evidence-based wholistic tools and timeless wisdom traditions, I help people begin to integrate and re-build their wholeness and wellness, from the inside-out.
I am a professional practitioner, trainer, and Accredited Certified Master Trainer of Trainers for EFTInternational.org, teaching heart-centered, healing-oriented people from all walks of Life to experience confident, masterful ownership of their own creative health and wellness using evidence-based meridian Tapping techniques.
