In 2006, I established my practice, Pathways Therapy Services LLC, a decision that proved to be both daunting and incredibly rewarding.
In 2008, I achieved certification as a Holistic Manual Lymphatic Specialist. Seeking a deeper understanding of lymphedema, I pursued certification as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) from the Norton School in 2009.
My dedication to educating others about lymphedema and its transformative treatments is a central theme in my professional journey. In 2018, I embarked on a new chapter, contributing to lymphedema awareness by becoming an instructor at the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.
Further reinforcing my commitment to excellence, I proudly achieved certification through the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA) in May 2019. This certification serves as my hallmark, assuring clients and colleagues that they have chosen a highly trained expert in the management of lymphedema.
Ultimately, I have acquired several certifications in my unwavering commitment to elevating patient care. These include becoming certified in wound care, which equips me to offer comprehensive support to individuals navigating the challenges of wound management. I also pursued a Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist certification from Emory University, specializing in assisting clients grappling with dizziness and falls.
Situated in Osceola County, Florida, my clinic is the exclusive facility dedicated to providing specialized assistance to individuals dealing with lymphedema and lipedema. Acknowledging the distinctive hurdles encountered by women who are breast cancer survivors living with lymphedema, I established a monthly support group at the office named “The Pink Coconuts.”
My dedication to the community’s well-being remains steadfast, and I strive for excellence in delivering specialized care to those in need.
