To live a quality life, a healthy lifestyle is a necessity … not a luxury.
Setting and reaching lifestyle goals can be challenging.
It is not a “one size fits all.”
Living a healthy life is a lot more than just diet and exercise. Lifestyle medicine is the evidence-based practice of helping individuals adopt and sustain healthy ways of living that affect health and, most important, quality of life. Examples of target health issues include improving diet, increasing physical activity, quality of sleep, positive ways of thinking, moderating alcohol consumption, and eliminating tobacco use. A healthier lifestyle can affect every area of an individual’s life.
Improving lifestyle is about changing behaviors and replacing bad habits with good ones. I am university evidence-based trained in behavior change and can help bridge the gap between what you know you should do and actively doing it consistently. I help you find a healthier lifestyle that you can realistically achieve and maintain. As a lifestyle practitioner, I help you move past barriers, start your individual process, and sustain your achievements. My coaching sessions will help you take charge of your life and health, set goals that can be developed into your unique life, and regain control and leading you to feeling and looking better. I can help you improve your life and offer you the quality of your life with structure, accountability, and support.
