I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and a Melanoma survivor of ten years.
My Mission
Healing and transformation is at the core of my psychotherapy work. My dream is to reshape inner growth work, taking it from a process (think: a quiet, private, psychotherapist’s office) to something that we can do in collaboration with one another.
We can all share in and celebrate a collective growth process and offer each other support along the way. When what we feel led to do is hard, clunky, and makes us feel like we have stepped into some kind of territory that we don’t fully recognize (or even like), we will have each other for support. We can become a community.
About the Regeneratively Rooted approach
We are all somewhat familiar with the ecosystem that is all around us, and how important it is to sustaining life. I am interested in allowing our inner ecosystem to support our individual wellness in a robust, organic way.
Our inner environment supports and influences our energy, our health, and helps to create our experience. Our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and what we take in (like food and information), all build and cultivate the terrain of this ecosystem
