which I know sounds cliche, but it’s true.
Each session is tailored to my needs, which change.
Sue’s flexibility is what makes each session so personalized.
She not only uses her extensive background and experience
to make sure your session is meaningful,
but she also provides tools so you can continue the work on your own.
I have learned many meditations, visualizations, and breathing exercises
that have aided healing, such as insomnia.
I feel more empowered and grounded
and am excited to grow as a spiritual being.
I am so grateful for our sessions, time together,
and the energy she shares.
I encourage others to take the time and invest in themselves,
because you are worth it
and Sue is truly the partner you want with you.”

When my children were small, I began exploring yoga and became curious about other lifetimes. Several trips to the Kripalu Ashram in the early ’80s deepened my exploration into the world of energy and our connection to it. I began reading books on this topic which was made easier by being a Library Director for 30 years, choosing literature for the community, as well as for my own interests. Authors such as Jane Roberts, Carolyn Myss, and Gary Zukav influenced my early days of discovery.
I always enjoyed sewing, cooking, beading, and crafting, especially with my five grandchildren, who are delighted with their creativity and curiosity. Reading, gardening, and meditating under my cherry tree through the warm months instills grace, pleasure, and relaxation. Exploring crystals, Koshi chimes, and crystal bowls deepen my meditations and are often introduced during the sessions I offer.
I love walking in the woods since I was a youngster with my older brother looking for signs of wildlife. Connecting with nature, walking through the crunchy fall leaves, in the bracing cold while snow softly falls, or listening for the first chirps of the wood frogs in spring makes my heart expand with joy. I was on one of these walks with a friend in the ’90s invited me to attend a workshop exploring Integrated Awareness©.
I readily accepted and my world changed. Learning that the subtle movements of the body can hold much information about what we believe about ourselves was a revelation! The healing and growth that I experienced once the source of that information was felt brought personal transformation that I didn’t believe were possible. Wanting to bring this possibility to others, I became a teacher of IA© Higher Dimensional Healing Arts in 2001.
Craniosacral Therapy Techniques, Usui, and Shamballa Reiki followed in time. I completed a course in Mastering Alchemy further exploring quantum energy, sacred geometry, and creating with the elementals. I find learning and exploring these fields of awakening consciousness compelling and exciting.
In my mission to be of service, I offer these skills, tools, and means of self-discovery and growth so that others may experience self-empowerment and freedom.
