I serve people with a history of trauma who are experiencing grief and loss or who are struggling with physical or mental pain. At the core of everything I do is creating a safe space for you to be seen and heard!
Healing Concerts
Riverview Chamber Players support individuals and groups with live classical chamber music concerts that promote wellness and healing.
Through the intrinsic beauty and healing power of live music, we create curated programs performed by small chamber ensembles that give listeners the time to relax, reflect, and renew. Each concert is tailored to those experiencing illness, grief, or trauma, and in need of a place of beauty, comfort, and hope.
Therapeutic Music Sessions
In my role as Certified Music Practitioner (CMP), I perform live acoustic therapeutic music sessions on viola for individuals who are ill or in need of respite. Throughout the session, I adapt the music to the needs of the client, inviting the relaxation response to unfold.
The music may create a space for clients to relax, breathe, and connect with their inner world and emotions.
The music felt like a cozy room

and get them out.
Life Coaching
As a Certified Life Coach, I can help you clarify your true gifts and appreciate your authentic self. The coaching process enables you to tap into and connect with the essence of who you are, find out what drives you, and forge a path forward. No matter where you are in your life, I will hold a safe space for you to express yourself.
