Energy healing can be especially beneficial for youth and adults living with cancer as well as their caregivers. Some of the benefits include:

Focus of my Practice: I offer in-person and virtual services for both youth (ages 3+) and adults. Energy healing services I provide include reiki, crystal reiki, crystal readings, shamanic energy healing, and mindfulness workshops.
In 2024, I am launching additional services including crystal reiki, crystal readings, shamanic energy healing, and mindfulness meditation as I will soon receive certifications in Lithomancer (with Krista Mitchell), Shamanic Energy Medicine (with The Four Winds Society), and Mindfulness Meditation (with Jack Kornfield).
Additionally, I have a MSc in Ecotourism from Edinburgh Napier University and I create eco-wellness retreats for families and private groups to locations around the world.
