He strives to create a safe and supportive environment that will help you develop the skills, strategies, and confidence to create long-term positive changes.
Life Balance Cancer Coaching
Life Balance Cancer Coaching exists because of Wayne’s 20 years of experience as a Shiatsu Therapist at Abramson Cancer Center at Pennsylvania Hospital. Having worked with over 2,000 individuals impacted by cancer, Wayne noticed a common theme during his sessions … “Cancer has been a wake up call. I know it’s time to make some changes in my life and I’m ready to make those changes. But I don’t know how.”

There’s something special about the group coaching experience! As you look for ways to cope, manage, and make changes to your life, it can be very helpful and inspiring to know you are not alone.

Community: The experience of figuring out how to meet life’s challenges, learning new self-management skills, and setting goals can be a lot more fun and effective if you’re doing it as part of a community that has the same focus as you do!

Sharing: By sharing stories of struggle and success with each other, everyone can learn from each other’s experiences, and you might pick up an idea or strategy that you never would have thought of on your own!
- Accountability: When you set goals for yourself, it’s very motivating and inspiring to know that you will be reporting your progress to your group in the next session!
- Support: With regular access to the coach, a community of like-focused individuals, and a mobile app that lets you track your goals, keep a journal, access handouts, and check in with the group in between sessions, you’ve got a lot of support behind you!
