Vanessa Weiland ARNP, HT, MSCP is the Founder of Phases Clinic, a menopause and sexual health clinic in Washington State. As a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience, Vanessa has expanded her expertise with specialized training in hormone therapy and hypnotherapy. This allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to managing menopause symptoms.
Dedicated to supporting cancer survivors, Vanessa has pursued advanced training in menopause care for breast cancer survivors and gynecologic cancer survivors. Additionally, she is trained in hypnosis, which has Level 1 evidence for relieving hot flashes, making it a valuable non-hormonal treatment option. Hypnotherapy sessions are available via live video, ensuring accessibility no matter where you live.
