Connect & Thrive (CAT)

Introducing CAT: Together, We Can Transform the Cancer Journey for Women

Christine G. Anastos, Founder

Connect & Thrive (CAT), a heart-centered social impact company created to support and empower women with cancer, along with their loved ones who walk beside them.
We are transforming the healing journey by providing access to trusted evidence-based integrative therapies and healthy living products not typically covered by insurance.

Through our unique platform, a patient – or a friend or family member who wants to offer meaningful support – can start a KittyFund™ for a woman facing cancer.

Unlike GoFundMe, which offers general financial support, CAT empowers patients through curated healing resources that complement conventional cancer care to improve outcomes, increase satisfaction, and reduce suffering.

Through EMPOWER, friends and family can launch personalized KittyFunds™ – a meaningful and dignified way to support someone they love.

What sets CAT apart is its commitment to transparency, education, and patient-centered care. The EDUCATE section of CAT’s platform includes a robust collection of research-backed publications for Mind, Body, and Spirit, as well as articles, videos, podcasts, and other materials donated by CAT’s partners.

It also features a flagship document: the Connect & Thrive, Inc. (CAT) – FREE RESOURCES GUIDE FOR PATIENTS, an evergreen guide offering hundreds of trusted organizations providing free resources to support patients, families, and caregivers alike.

CAT’s growing community includes a carefully curated group of partners offering services and programs that reflect our mission to make healing more accessible, personalized, and empowering.

A few members of our healing community …

Avinoam Lerner – Mindful Remission
Avinoam offers a transformative 8-week online program that helps cancer patients address the emotional and mental factors that influence physical healing.

Through personalized coaching and a structured healing roadmap, participants release trapped emotions, support immune function, and increase treatment effectiveness — all from the comfort of home.

Samantha Harris – Your Healthiest Healthy Coaching
As a two-time breast cancer survivor and author, Samantha offers a 1-hour personalized coaching session focused on toxin reduction, cancer-fighting nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement.

Optional packages include her signed book, virtual courses, and a curated wellness swag bag.

Carly Fauth – GIFTT+ Mentorship
Designed by Carly, a triple-negative breast cancer survivor and fitness expert, this program integrates movement into treatment and recovery. Sessions are personalized and come with custom workout plans to reduce fatigue, boost energy, and support emotional resilience.

Megan Belanger – Oncology Massage
Megan’s gentle, evidence-informed therapy is tailored to a patient’s physical and emotional needs during treatment or recovery.

Benefits include reduced pain, improved sleep, and a much-needed sense of peace, provided by a licensed massage therapist with advanced oncology training.

Prettyology – Clean Beauty & Medical Tattooing
Led by renowned expert Julie Michaud, Prettyology offers in-person services such as 3D areola restoration, scar camouflage, and permanent makeup, as well as virtual clean beauty consultations.

Product credit e-gift cards can be applied toward high-performance non-toxic brands like Jane Iredale, RMS Beauty, and Saint Jane.

Nicole Chenard – Performance Nutrition Coaching
Award-winning Registered Dietitian Nicole Chenard helps clients optimize nutrition, energy, and recovery through 1:1 virtual coaching.

Sessions are tailored to help patients build sustainable habits, improve performance, and meet health goals with science-based strategies and expert support.

Radical Remission Cancer Coaching with Liz Curran and Karla Mans Giroux
Based on Dr. Kelly Turner’s groundbreaking research, this series helps patients integrate 10 healing factors — from diet and movement to purpose and intuition.

Private sessions with certified Radical Remission coaches provide compassionate guidance and practical tools to build a holistic foundation for healing.

Every dollar donated to a woman’s Kitty Fund is 100% hers to spend on evidence-based services and healthy living products from CAT’s carefully curated Marketplace. These funds provide real tangible support to aid recovery and nurture the healing journey.

CAT’s offerings are intentionally selected to support the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – through every phase of the cancer journey. Each service and product is evidence-based, personally vetted, and thoughtfully aligned with the unique needs of those navigating cancer.

From integrative therapies and trauma-informed care to oncology-safe skincare and clean supportive products, everything CAT offers reflects an unwavering commitment to safety, integrity, and healing.

But the true power of CAT lies in the circle of healing it creates.

Asking for help is often one of the hardest parts of a cancer diagnosis.

A KittyFund™ offers loved ones the opportunity to contribute directly to the healing journey. This simple act of connection creates space for healing, hope, and possibility for everyone involved. This is an invitation to a loved one who wants to show up in ways that matter.

If you or someone you love is navigating cancer, please visit connect-and-thrive.com to start a KittyFund™ (for yourself or for your loved one).
If you are a provider or non-profit aligned with our mission, CAT welcomes you to explore partnership through its web platform.
If you want to support CAT’s work, please share this message far and wide.
