Lymphedema is a condition in which excess fluid collects in tissue and causes swelling. Patients who have undergone cancer treatments, surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation may be at risk for the development of lymphedema. There are steps you can take to reduce your risk. We’ll talk about risk reduction and the early signs and symptoms of lymphedema.
